FIRST TIME TO LEMON LODGE? HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

  • #1. Book your session

Never skied before? Expert snowboarder? Somewhere in-between?

Our Olympic-caliber snowsports training simulator provides identical sensations to on-mountain. Every session is 20 minutes and one-on-one with a qualified instructor, so it's a private lesson.

  • #2. SIGN YOUR WAIVER

Like any recreational activity these days, a signed waiver is required for each guest before they step onto the simulator.

We encourage you to complete the online waiver before you arrive (you will receive an email with a link as well as a text message). Only a parent or legal guardian may sign a waiver for guests under 18. No waiver, no ride. Thanks for your understanding.

  • #3. know where to park

With lots of convenient parking near the Lodge, you can select covered garage, open lot or metered street parking.

Our great friends at Downtown Partnership have created a great resource.

  • #4. ARRIVE EARLY

Since Lemon Lodge is located in downtown Colorado Springs, you’ll want to check out our parking recommendations (see #3). Once you’ve figured that out, plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to the Lodge, preferably even earlier than that. Boot fitting and instructor-led dry land training precedes your session and is an important part of what you are paying for.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We run a tight ship with our simulator so if you’re not on time for your scheduled session, we can’t hold the session for you; you’ll forfeit part or all of your session.

  • #5. need to reschedule?

Need to reschedule? No problem! You can reschedule up to 1 hour before your booking at no charge.

After you book your session, you will receive an email with a reschedule link. You will also receive a text with a link to your customer portal. This also includes a reschedule link.

You may be tempted to call to reschedule, but it’s actually easier if you use the link provided.

  • #6. BRING BOOTS AND SOCKS. OR NOT.

Feel free to bring your own ski or snowboard boots to use with the simulator.

Don't own boots? We have plenty of rental ski and snowboard boots in all sizes. If you are renting our boots, we require over-the-calf (OTC) socks. Bring your own or purchase our mountain-inspired socks.
