General Manager and all-around great guy. Chris keeps the whole Lodge rolling, from cowbells to staff to food. Evening off? You might find him playing an acoustic set nearby. Chris and his wife have two young children so sleep is postponed for a while. New personal best on the simulator brings out the cowbells.

Bar Manager extraordinaire. Michelle has worked with Evergood Adventure Wines and has years of experience running the bar at a large venue, so we couldn't wait to onboard her at Lemon Lodge. Always thinking of ways to feature lemon wines in exciting new cocktails, she's a loving mother of two girls.

Lead Ski Instructor to whom we all owe many thanks. Lincoln suggested the simulator + wine bar .... then went out and earned his Level 1 Alpine Ski Instructor certification from PSIA-AASI. Lincoln is a sponsored athlete (Skiing & MMA), holds a Private Pilot's License, and will be skiing Japan slopes in 2024.

Assistant Manager with years of kitchen experience, most in his hometown of Woodland Park. His background as a certified personal trainer and snowboarder is so valuable to our guests. Favorite Lodge menu item: Après Breakfast Burrito smothered in red salsa. Loves Skywalker run and Never Summer Terrain Park at Monarch Mountain. Enjoys hiking, workouts and white cheddar hippeas.

The ski mom around here. Melanie loves to get to know guests, help staff and tell the Lemon Lodge story loud for all to hear. She and Matthew have been married 33 years and have six children. Lived in Yellowstone and France, but has never been to the Alps.

We are blessed to work with some of the greatest humans in Colorado Springs. Our team members come from all walks of life and industries.
